The Cris Collinsworth ProScan Fund serves the Greater Cincinnati community in two areas: women’s health and child development. Our Pink Ribbon Programs, which include the ProScan Pink Ribbon Centers, inspire women to take charge of their breast health and support those who are battling breast cancer. Each year, we host the Pink Ribbon Luncheon to raise money for these programs and to celebrate the progress we have made in the fight against breast cancer.
Our chess programs empower children by giving them opportunities to learn and play the game. Through chess, students develop many valuable skills and qualities, including critical thinking, self-esteem, patience, concentration, and sportsmanship. The Queen City Classic Chess in Schools Program provides chess instruction in Greater Cincinnati schools. The Queen City Classic Chess Tournament is one of the largest scholastic chess tournaments in the Midwest and allows young players to realize their potential as they compete in five rounds of chess.
