A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jen has been teaching yoga in Cincinnati for 15 years. Her passion is yoga personal training where she customizes sessions for the different goals of clients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly. She completed a four year training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Science and also uses this energy healing background to help transform her clients at the levels of mind, body and spirit.
